Engraving and milling systems by vhf are being used more and more frequently for model and mold making purposes. The big response on the two Euromold fairs in 2001 and 2002 has proved this fact, too. Thus, vhf have completed their range of tools - the well-established universal double tooth cutter is now also available with a face radius.

The semi-circle shaped tip of the tool produces a very high surface quality when three-dimensional objects are being milled. The results of the finishing process become smooth and even. This milling cutter can be used universally for non-iron metals, plastics and compound materials.

This finest grain carbide tool has two cutting edges, a 30 degree spiral flute, a cylindrical shank and it is right-hand cutting. By default, this milling cutter is available with a shank diameter of 3 - 12 mm and a face radius of 0.5 - 6.0 mm. Special tools with different specifications can be produced on request.
