Milling signs, letters or logos belongs to the daily tasks of a sign making company. For polishing the edges of cut to a high gloss, there are usually special machines necessary. However, they can work only on straight cutting edges. Now vhf has extended their range of tools by a diamond polishing tool which can polish logos or letters of any shape directly on the milling machine.

This special carbide tool has an attached natural diamond. It can be used for both: milling outline and inline contours. In addition to this, the ground of slots etc. can be polished, because the diamond is attached so that it can also work downward. Any preparation exceeding an edge that has been milled or sawed is not necessary. The diamond is extremely wear-resistant and guarantees best polishing results. The possibility to regrind the tool up to ten times, makes it a safe investment.

By standard, the diamond polishing tool is available with a 6 mm shank and a diamond cutting edge from 3 to 6 mm. Special designs are also available on request.
